Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original Aroeve packaging, ensuring all filters, power cables, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
